Our district is dedicated to maintaining a system that is reliable, resilient, and prepared to respond to routine medical emergencies, major incidents, and disasters alike.

We value our employees and volunteers as the foundation of our success and are committed to fostering a culture of professionalism, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Through ongoing training, education, and leadership development, we support our personnel in maintaining the highest levels of competence, ethical conduct, and personal well-being.

In partnership with local hospitals, fire departments, law enforcement agencies, and neighboring emergency services, we work collaboratively to strengthen regional emergency response and ensure seamless patient care. We also strive to engage with our community through education, outreach, and prevention efforts that promote health awareness and preparedness.

Above all, the St. James Ambulance District exists to serve with compassion, respect, and dedication, honoring the dignity of every individual and upholding our responsibility to protect life and health. Our mission is not only to respond in moments of crisis, but to be a trusted and dependable presence in the community we are proud to serve.
